咪咪莱 Me Me Lai, 有时候也被写成Me Me Lay， 1952年出生在缅甸，母亲是缅甸人，父亲是英国人。在十多岁的时候移居英国，随后就从电视连续剧《Paul Temple》和《Jason King》开始了她的艺术生涯。然后，再由电视剧转向电影拍摄。她的第一部电影是1971年的恐怖片《Crucible of Terror》，紧接着在1972年又拍摄了《Au Pair Girls》。 Lai 自从1971年主演了由Umberto Lenzi导演的Il Paese del Sesso Selvaggio ,和1977年主演了由 Ruggero Deodato导演的Ultimo Mondo Cannibale 的两部流派电影后，从此进入了属于她的意大利食人族电影时代。除了食人类型的电影，她也在1978年出演Black Edward的喜剧Revenge of the Pink Panther。 Me Me lai在20世纪70年代与Robert Harbin一起主持Yorkshire电视台的游戏节目The Golden Shot 和 Sale of the Century。 她最后的电影是1984年Lars von Trier的导演的 The Element of Crime（《犯罪元素》）。
