张仲朋，河北省话剧院艺术室一级编剧，毕业于热河医学院。1947年参加革命工作，历任热河防疫宣传队文艺组长，热河省文工团创作组副组长，承德群众日报社编委、文教副刊组长，承德话剧团编剧，河北省话剧院艺术室主任，河北省艺术研究的创作室主任。 1953年开始发表作品。1979年加入中国作家协会。著有独幕话剧剧本《火花社的竞赛》，话剧剧本《青松岭》，电影文学剧本《青松岭》（已拍摄发行），话剧剧本《夜晚》等。广播剧剧本《镢柄成亲》获全国首届广播剧优秀剧目评选第二名、《李小娥分家》（均已录制播出）获全国首届蜀秀杯广播剧二等奖。
