陈玲，西安电影制片厂导演，中国电影艺术家协会会员，陕西省电视艺术家协会会员。毕业于北京电影学院导演专业，电影学硕士。兼任西安外国语大学影视导演系教授及韩国公州映像大学客座讲师。陈玲70年代进入铁道兵文工团，从事舞台表演艺术以及舞台编导工作，后进入北京电影学院学习导演专业。毕业后进入西安电影制片厂导演室担任故事片副导演、导演、制片。在工作期间，师从我国老一辈影视艺术家。从事电影、电视剧拍摄制作30余年，参与众多影视作品的创作。代表作有《大话西游（上下）》（中方导演）、《商鞅传奇》、《决战天门》、《朱老总》等。
