Marsilya'da denize nazır bir villada yaşayan Martin ölüm döşeğindedir. Üç kardeş hastalanan babalarının son zamanlarında yanında olabilmek için yıllar sonra yeniden bir araya gelir. Paris’te kendisine farklı bir dünya kuran Angèle, geçmişte yaşadıkları travma sonrası bir daha dönmemek üzere ayrıldığı eve yeniden gelmiş olmanın tedirginliği içerisindedir. Angele ile kendisinden genç bir kadına aşık olan Joseph ve ailenin butik restoranını işletmeye çalışan Armand aralarındaki bağın sarsılmasına neden olan olayla yüzleşmek zorunda kalır. Çocuklarını yıllar sonra etrafına toplayan Martin, onlara aşıladığı ideallerin ne kadarını koruyabildiklerini anlamak için onları test eder. Bu sırada ansızın hayatlarına giren davetsiz bir misafir evin tüm dengesinin değişmesine neden olur.
