เมื่อ ดร.จอร์จ หอบเอาการทดลอง "โคลนนิ่งมนุษย์" มาที่ประเทศไทย การทดลองดังกล่าวจึงดำเนินการขึ้นอย่างลับ ๆ โดยมีเจ้าของโรงพยาบาลใหญ่แห่งหนึ่งรับอาสาเป็นนายทุนให้กับโครงการนี้ ด้วยความหวังว่าหากการทดลองชิ้นนี้เป็นผลสำเร็จเขาจะกลายเป็นมหาเศรษฐี ด้วยการ "ขาย" อวัยวะที่ได้จากการโคลนนิ่ง "นิวัติ" โปรแกรมเมอร์ที่มุ่งมั่น ทำแต่งานโดยไม่สนใจเหตุการณ์รอบตัว ก็กลายเป็นหนึ่งในเหยื่อการทดลองครั้งนี้... "B-7" ร่างโคลนนิ่งของนิวัติเจริญเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว หลุดรอดออกมาสู่โลกภายนอก และพยายามเข้ามาแทนที่นิวัติ แย่งชิงความเป็นคน เพื่อความอยู่รอดในโลกมนุษย์ การต่อสู้ระหว่างคน 2 คน จึงเกิดขึ้นโดยมีสิ่งเดิมพันคือ ชีวิต... ครอบครัว และความรัก
