Hooligan Eddie (Simon Phillips) schwört blutige Rache: Sein bester Kumpel Mike ist auf brutale Weise durch die russische Wettmafia hingerichtet worden, nachdem dieser vergeblich versucht hatte, sich für den Mord an seiner Frau zu rächen. Leider sieht Eddie keine Möglichkeit, am Gangster Dimitri (Akbar Kurtha) Vergeltung zu üben. Ein ehemaliger Weggefährte von Mike namens Damien (Josh Myers) kreuzt unerwartet Eddies Weg und möchte ihn bei seiner Suche nach den Tätern unterstützen. Die Jagd führt sie quer über den Globus, von Barcelona nach Moskau bis hin zur brasilianischen Copacabana.
